Shipping Information
Free shipping and returns for orders above 200 Euros.
- Standard delivery in 5-7 business days
*Your order will be delivered Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
You will receive the status and the tracking number of your order in your email.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, the items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
All orders are qualified for FREE returns.
1) To return one or more items, just contact us at sales@exclusivejeans.com by sending an email with the order number and your return request.
2) We will send you a label for your courier, and you will be able to drop off the package at the nearest UPS Access Point or call your UPS service provider and organize a pickup.
*UPS Access Points are a convenient and recommended way to return your packages. Just Google search for "UPS Access Pont" near you. Order pick-ups are usually done within 3 business days of your request.
3) Once we receive your returned items, we will refund the amount you've paid.
*Returns take 5 to 7 business days to arrive back to our store.
Return Policy
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
- Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
- Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
- Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

To exchange one or more purchased items, please:
- Make a new order with the items you want;
- Follow the instructions above to return your items for free.
