Warranty and Returns

All clothing and shoe items have a standard 30-day guarantee. If the item you ordered is faulty, we will repair or exchange the item for free during this 30-day period. We also cover the delivery costs. 

You have 14 business days (from the moment of delivery) to return any item you purchased if it is unworn or unwashed. And remember, there are no return fees. Your purchase is also protected by European Alternative Dispute Resolution Authority within the meaning of Art. 181н, par. 4 of CPA. Conciliation Committees to the Commission for Consumer Protection. Upon the occurrence of a dispute related to online sales, you can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution website.
